Setting Up Company Deductions and Contributions in the Wizard

After step 4, “Setting up Hours and Money Types in the Wizard,” you can set up deductions and contributions if your company offers insurance or retirement plans, or your employee has a garnishment or child support. First, you’ll set this up “at the company level” then, apply them to the employee in a later step.

Follow along while Kate, our fictional character, sets up her own company deductions and contributions.

If you don’t need to set up contributions or deductions, just proceed to the next step, “Setting up Worker’s Compensation.
