Logging Into Patriot Software

Patriot Software, you’ll enter the username and secure password you created when you signed up. If you had created your account using Google single sign-on (SSO), click the “Sign in with Google” button. For more information about Google single sign-on, please read “Using Google Single Sign-on.”

Click LOGIN located at the top right-hand corner of any Patriot Software web page. At the Login page, enter your user name and password to log in to the software.

About Usernames and Passwords

Your username is not case-sensitive (you don’t have to worry about capital and lower case letters), but your password is case sensitive (so if your password is GeOrGe1, you’ll need to enter it exactly that way.) If you’re having trouble entering your password, make sure your Caps Lock key isn’t accidentally turned on.

Your password must contain:

  • 10 characters or more
  • at least one lowercase letter
  • at least one uppercase letter
  • at least one number
  • at least one special character (e.g., “&” or “#”)

Currently, Patriot Software allows for only one username and password to access your company’s account. You could also use Google SSO if you had previously set it up.

Forget Your Username?

If you can’t remember your username, click the “Forgot Username?” link on the Login page. Enter the email address you used when you created your Patriot Software account. We’ll email your username to that address.

Forget Your Password?

If you forget your password, you need to make a new one. Here’s how to reset your password in the software:

Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the Login page.

Enter the email address we have on file and your username. We’ll email you a link to reset your password.  You only have an hour to reset your password –after the hour is up you’ll have click “Forgot Password” to start the process again.

If you recall your password in the meantime, you can still use it. Just disregard the email with the reset instructions.
