Normally accountants, bookkeepers, lawyers, consultants, and financial planners will secure this insurance coverage. While traditional liability insurance will cover personal injury or property damage, E & O Insurance will go further and protect the insured against claims resulting from inaccurate advice, negligence, or mistakes.
