Business owners operating one or more large-scale food and/or beverage establishments are required to file Form 8027 to report annual earnings. If the owner operates multiple establishments, a separate Form 8027 is required for each. Additionally, multiple establishments operating in the same premises require separate forms if gross revenue is calculated separately. This form will also include details of tips earned by employees.
